Do I need a Facebook app manager on my smartphone?
Facebook app manager is not a compulsory application. You can delete it and still use Facebook or other meta-services. But some functionality could be broken. Some of the device manufacturers have stopped preinstalling the Meta app manager from their smartphones. So I think removing it wouldn’t cause any issue.
Some people have noticed that the Facebook app manager is causing the battery to drain rapidly and there is more data consumption. If you are experiencing these you should disable or uninstall it.
Can I uninstall the Facebook app manager?
Yes, you can uninstall the Facebook app manager. but the method to remove it depends upon your device. In some devices, there is no option to uninstall but almost every device has an option to disable it. If you have installed it by yourself you can remove it. But If it came pre-installed it may not be possible,
But there are methods to remove any apps from the device, among them is ADB. ADB stands for android debug bridge which can be used to remove any app.
