Every device comes with the pre-built gallery app. Most of the smartphones including older versions has the option to grab a photo from a video.
Step 1: Head over to the gallery app on your smartphone.
Step 2: Open and play the video from which you need an image.
Step 3: Wait for the exact scene or go to the time shift of required image, that you want to capture the image.
Step 4: On the Top Left Corner there will be an image capture Option. Tap on it when you want to take a still picture of the video.
Step 5: Return to Gallery and find the image that just you took and tap on it.
Step 6: Tap on edit and Edit the image. You can get rid of parts that you don’t need by cropping.

How to Grab a photo from video during recording
During Recording, you may need to take a picture of the Scene. Normally you will go back and take a picture. but by using this method you don’t need to go back to take pictures during Recording. you can take a still photo during recording by using the built-in tool.
Step 1: Open your camera app.
Step 2: Switch to video Mode and Start recording
Step 3: On the Bottom Right Corner, There will be an image icon. tap on it when you need to take a Photo.
By using this method you can take both Video and Still picture at the same time Without needing to exit One. Both the image and video will be saved in the gallery.

Step 1: Download Kinemaster from Playstore.
Step 2: Open the App and give the required permissions.
Step 3: Tap on Create New. Set Aspect Ratio and Photo Display Mode.
Step 4: Select the video and Tap on Capture Symbol.
Step 5: Select Capture and Save. The Screenshot of the Video will be saved.

Step 1: Download Video to Photo converter from playstore
Step 2: Open the app and Tap on the Select Video.
